Seanie and I went hiking at Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park this afternoon.  It was a lovely day for it - sunny, but cool, especially in the shadows of the redwood grove.  The trees here are massive - the oldest ones are between 1,500 and 1,800 years old.  The main area, the Redwood Grove, is especially impressive because many of these old growth ( Read more... )
